ELH Technology is a highly successful Sales Representative organization located in the heart of the Silicon Valley and serving the Semiconductor Industry.

Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) is our vehicle and solving problems for our customers is our business.

We represent major manufacturers of equipment designed to provide production and failure analysis solutions to the semiconductor industry. Acting in partnership with our customers we work hard to understand their needs. We then bring the products of our equipment suppliers to the task and we coordinate the application of their engineering resources where needed. This is what sets us apart! ELH focuses on Account Management to see your application all the way through!

The products we sell find their place in semiconductor Production, Test, Reliability, and Failure Analysis. ELH has been helping the electronics industry improve production and test since 1987 and our experienced sales force continues to provide solutions to that industry's production requirements. In addition, as technology develops and new solutions are needed, we continue to explore the marketplace for new equipment which will address those needs.
