Lydia Hammock, Manufacturers Representative

Born and raised in New Mexico Lydia started her electronics career in the US Army as a Communications Specialist. She continued her college education in San Diego and Santa Clara and became a Field Engineer in 1984 in the Semiconductor Industry. Her experience also includes managing back end equipment operations for a Silicon Valley IC Manufacturing company. Moving into Marketing and Sales in 1996 she co-owns ELH Technology bringing technical knowledge and test floor operation experience to the sales process.

Michael Canha, Manufacturers Representative

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Mike began his career in Semiconductor Test in 1986 while working at IBM and attending college in Vermont. After graduating, he became a Field and Applications Engineer for an ATE company and later moved to Boston taking a Field Applications position with a Semiconductor Laser Processing Company. Moving into sales in 1995 he co-owns ELH Technology bringing applications development experience to the sales process.

Chris Clark, Manufacturers Representative

Chris comes from a beach town in Southern California. After a degree in Sociology and several years as an electrician he earned a Master of Divinity and worked 7 years in campus ministry at the University of Kentucky. During this time he developed computer, relationship management and teaching skills. Enjoying the technical challenge and engineering relationships, he's spent the last 18 years selling semiconductor test and manufacturing equipment Chris is a graduate of the Hecht and Associates 3 year Sales Professional Course. He is devoted to his wife and 4 children. Recently retired as a baseball and soccer coach, he finds joy in fishing, golfing, and helping pay for his kids college education.

Joe Newton, Manufacturers Representative

Raised in Connecticut, Joe gained his back-end semiconductor experience through 12 years at Teradyne managing sales and support for U.S. and Asian customers. He moved to San Diego in 1990 to head up sales for an X-ray PCB inspection company, and then to Silicon Valley in 1994 as the business development manager for the high temperature films division of Applied Materials.  It was there that he learned front-end processing, and ebeam- and laser-photomask writing.   Joe’s sales and support experience includes ATE equipment, laser semiconductor processing equipment, X-ray and e-beam equipment, photolithography tools, CVD cluster tools, and fab automation hardware and software.  The newest member of the ELH team, Joe holds a BSEE degree from Duke and an MBA from Wharton.
